1. The defendant has each point of the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the 557.80 square meters of the 1st floor of the building listed in the attached Table 1 list to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From 2002, the Plaintiff leased the building and site of the so-called so-called so-called so-called “so-called so-called so-called “so-called so-called so-called so-called “so-called so-called so-called “Seoul” Fishery Co., Ltd. B. After that, on March 15, 2016, the occupancy date of the modern market building was set temporarily as of March 15, 2016, and the Plaintiff and the Nowon-jin Fisheries concluded a new lease agreement, setting the term of the contract from March 15, 2016 to May 31, 202, which is the occupancy date of the modern market building.
C. On the other hand, on April 29, 2014, the Nowon-gu Fishery Co., Ltd. entered into a sub-lease contract with the Defendant on April 30, 2015, setting the lease deposit of KRW 12,720,00, monthly rent of KRW 1,060,000 (excluding value-added tax), and the period of April 30, 2015, with respect to the portion of “B” in sequence 48.265 square meters among the 557.80 square meters on the 1st floor of the building listed in the attached Table 1 on the 1st floor of the 557.80 square meters on the 1st floor between the Defendant and the seller in the Nowon-gu Fishery Market.
