Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is not a person handling narcotics, who is a person of Uzbekistan nationality.
(1) On November 2018, the Defendant purchased approximately 60g of marijuana from D’s Eexton vehicle, which was parked on the road near the Western-gu, Western-si, Western-si, and purchased approximately 500,000 won from D, and purchased approximately 60g of marijuana from D, etc. during that time to March 9, 2019, the Defendant purchased approximately 660,000,000 won in total, including the foregoing D, etc. five times in total, and traded marijuana. (2) On November 2018, 2018, the Defendant sold approximately 60,000,000 won in total, to B around the street near the Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and from around that time to March 9, 2019, sold approximately 360,000,000 won in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Table 2, to the said B.
B. At around 21:10 on March 12, 2019, the Defendant possessed approximately 343g of marijuana for the purpose of selling it to the said B at the Defendant’s residence located in the Ansan-si Gum H, and located in the freezing and freezing room.
2. Defendant B is not a person handling narcotics, who is a person of Uzbekistan nationality.
(1) On November 2018, the Defendant purchased approximately 60 g of marijuana to A and purchased approximately 60 g of marijuana from the street near the Hasung-si, Masung-si to March 9, 2019, and purchased approximately 360 g of marijuana totaling 4,200,000,000 won over four occasions, as indicated in attached Table 2, from around that time to around March 9, 2019, and traded marijuana. (2) On November 2, 2018, the Defendant purchased approximately 360 g of marijuana totaling 4,000,000 won to L in cash at the Kho-si, Hawon-si, the Defendant sold approximately 10 g of marijuana to the said L, etc. from around that time to around March 8, 2019, by selling approximately 2817,000,000 won in total over 21 times, as indicated in attached Table 3 Crime List.
B. The Defendant for smoking marijuana shall be M on March 11, 2019 at the time of opportune-si around 19:00.
