Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was living together with the victim C from February 2015 to about seven months.

1. A thief: (a) around September 12, 2016, the Defendant: (b) committed theft with two stiefs in a container office located in the shop construction site where the said victim was in charge of construction work on September 12, 2016; and (c) had two stiefs in an amount equivalent to KRW 80,000 at the market price where the victim was prepared to give a gift to the employees.

2. Defamation;

A. On June 10, 2016, around 12:50 on June 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sought E, the main owner of the construction of the said commercial building; (b) thereby, damaged the victim’s reputation by stating the fact that “A is a fraudulent change; (c) does not pay money to C; and (d) does not have to perform any work.”

B. On June 27, 2016, the Defendant, at around 10:30 on June 27, 2016, damaged the victim’s reputation by stating the fact that “the victim is replaced by fraud, is unable to receive 100 million won, and is unable to receive money if he/she performs the same work,” while hearing the members of the public corporation, such as the site supervision center, at a container office located in the construction site of the said commercial building.”

3. On August 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered that a victimized person spits in front of the Ftel parking lot (Ftel parking lot), around G located adjacent to G located adjacent to the G located adjacent to the Ftel parking lot on August 15, 2016; and (b) made a brination of spits on the face “influence of fraud, alteration of shots, and spite.”
