Facts of recognition

On June 2015, the Defendant entered into an entrustment contract with D Co., Ltd. and the Plaintiff with respect to construction waste at the site of the new hotel construction work of Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopopo-si, in relation to the collection and transportation of such construction waste.

Around May 2018, the Defendant changed the treatment of waste synthetic resin as stipulated in the above contract to be treated by means of compression (recycling) and concluded a modified contract with the Plaintiff, which sets forth the treatment cost of KRW 300,000.

Around March 2017, the Defendant entered into an entrustment contract with the Plaintiff with the terms of entrusting the collection, transportation, and disposal of construction waste at the construction site of multi-family housing units with E and 3 parcels of non-party E and non-party E in Seopopopo-si, non-party E and three parcels of multi-family housing units with the collection, transportation, and disposal of construction waste at the construction site of non-party E in Seopo-si, non-party E and three parcels of multi-family housing units.

The unit price for the transportation and disposal costs by kind of wastes as stipulated in the above contract shall be as specified in the following table:
