Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on October 22, 2008, and was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Ulsan District Court on October 28, 2009, and on April 26, 201, the same court was sentenced to a fine of six months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the same court on April 26, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Correctional Institution on February 11, 201. around 21:20 on July 14, 2013, the Defendant driven C 125cc motor bicycles at the section of about 1km of Ulsan-dong defense Dong-dong 32-6, Ulsan-dong defense Dong-dong 32-6, under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.064% without a motorcycle driver's license.

around 22:45 on October 28, 2013, the Defendant driven C 125C occ in the direction of the residents' center in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City from the front of the second apartment road in Ulsan Metropolitan City to the front of the same way as it is under the influence of 0.151% of blood alcohol concentration without a motorcycle driver's license on October 28, 2013.
