A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. In June 2019, the Defendant illegally used air defense, on the front day of Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, B, 2019, attached C number plates in possession of the Defendant, who was placed in the front day of the Dong-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., with no number plate owned by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant used the license plate of a motor bicycle for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. From the date and time indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) to June 25, 2019, the Defendant exercised the air defense that was illegally used by operating the otobane with the C number plate as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) from the U.S. defense Dong-dong, Ulsan-gu, U.S. defense unit.

3. On June 25, 2019, the Defendant driven a non-registered motor vehicle, which is owned by the Defendant without a license, under the influence of alcohol of about 0.068% of the blood alcohol concentration at the section of about 300 meters in the direction of approximately 300 meters in front of E in the vicinity of Ulsandong-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S.A. D.

4. Although the Defendant was prohibited from operating on the road a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, the Defendant operated a non-registered motor bicycle, which is owned by the Defendant, without purchasing mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (3).
