Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 16, 2010, the Defendant, without a motorcycle driver's license, driven without registration 49cc. under the influence of alcohol content of 0.084%, and proceeded with approximately 500 meters from the house located in the defensively boomed area of Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, to the so-called Love restaurant located in the same Gu.
