A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall pay 110,00 won to the applicant for compensation by deceit.

3.2

Punishment of the crime

On November 25, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) and completed the execution of the sentence on April 2, 2012.

[2015 Highest 2025] On January 29, 2015, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that the Defendant would purchase the victim D’s “Surcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing” by accessing the Internet Nurber Cine, despite having no intent or ability to sell the goods to others, and that the Defendant would deliver the victim’s text message to “Surcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing Furcing from time to May 13, 2015, along with attached Table 1, from time to May 13, 2015.

2. [2015 Highest 2390] On April 28, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that, despite the absence of the capacity or intent to sell the goods to others, the Defendant would deliver the goods first to the 3,400,000 won, and would change the balance from time to time.”

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received a remittance of KRW 170,000 to the Nonghyup Bank (H) account in the name of the Defendant, from that time, and acquired 6,40,000 through the same method, from May 14, 2015, as shown in the attached Table 2, from May 14, 2015.
