On March 15, 2015, the Defendant acquired KRW 3,840,000 in total over 16 times from March 21, 2014 to March 25, 2015, as indicated in the attached list of crimes (2) stating that “If deposit is made in KRW 1,70,00,000, the Defendant shall be sent to a door-to-door to the victim I who reported the false statement, and that he shall receive KRW 3,840,000 in total from March 16 to March 25, 2015 as the goods price.

On December 30, 2014, the Defendant posted a notice to sell Aphone 5S at the Internet NAVER (J) on the backside located on the side of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu, Seoul, stating that “The Defendant would send Aphone 5S cell phone at home if deposit of money is made” to the victim K who has reported and contacted this.
