The judgment of the court below is reversed.

The defendant shall be innocent.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The Defendant: (a) the Defendant: (b) agreed with B as a device in excess of ownership of the instant vehicle; and (c) entrusted by B to prepare and execute the documents in the facts charged; and (b) made entries in the register of automobile registration; (c) the lower court erred

B. The sentence of the lower court’s improper sentencing (one million won in penalty) is too unreasonable.

2. Summary of the facts charged and the judgment of the court below

A. (1) On July 23, 2015, the Defendant in violation of the Resident Registration Act presented a copy of the above resident registration certificate, along with an automobile sales contract prepared to the employee in charge, while copying and keeping the victim’s resident registration certificates (D) of the victim who was in possession of a non-fluence method, from the vehicle registration division of 1217-si traffic management office, which is a unit of the wife population at the time of non-fluence and at the time of the non-fluence.

Accordingly, the defendant used the victim's resident registration certificate unlawfully.

(2) On July 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was arbitrarily prepared for the purpose of exercising the “A”, “B” as the seller of C vehicle on the grounds of subparagraph (1); (b) the power to file an application for the registration of vehicle transfer; (c) the certificate of vehicle transfer; and (d) the application for the registration of vehicle transfer; and (d) the employees in charge of the registration of the vehicle of the traffic management office at the time when he/she is aware of the forgery; and (e) exercised the forged document as if it was a document duly formed.

(3) The Defendant, at the time and place specified in subsection (1) and at the time and place, submit an application for the registration of vehicle and the employee responsible for the registration of vehicle at Chicago-si Traffic Management Business Office and submit an application for the registration of vehicle transfer including a power of delegation of application for the registration of vehicle transfer in the name of the Defendant from the name of the Defendant to transfer the vehicle under the name of B.
