A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 3119"
1. On May 5, 2016, at night, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not equipped with a correction device for the first time in a D warehouse operated by the victim C in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) opened a door that was not equipped with a correction device; and (c) had a brue with a brue containing 8 km equivalent to KRW 400,000,000 at the market price of the victim’s possession.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
2. Intrusion upon a structure and theft;
A. B. The Defendant, at the time and place of entry in a family paragraph, carried 2 brus in the middle-gu G out of the warehouse, consisting of the two brus in which the market price of 1120,000,000 won or more is 1.2 brus in the middle-gu G, Daegu, carried 2 brus in the above brus, which were owned by the victim’s name-unclaimed winners, and driven the said brus.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.
around 03:35 on April 18, 2016, the Defendant cut off approximately 100 km of the total market value of four times from June 11, 2016, including the theft of electric wires with approximately 20 km equivalent to KRW 500,000, the market value of the victim’s possession, which was located at the same place, after intrusion the victim’s (ju) court office located in Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, with approximately 100 km.
