A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:00 on January 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the factory entrance and exit of “E” operated by the victim D in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; (b) cut and stolen the victim’s own market price of KRW 600,000 with Aluminium of KRW 320 km of KRW 320,00,000; and (c) cut off all 10 times on June 20, 2013, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
