Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Gwangju District Court on November 26, 201, which became final and conclusive on November 26, 201, the representative director of C Co., Ltd, the parent company of B Co., Ltd, and D, as executive director of B Co., Ltd.

The Defendant, like the above paragraph 1, did not order a civilian military employee belonging to the Ministry of National Defense to provide cash for solicitation, but did not order the construction work. As the Defendant recovered money in the name of solicitation from the executives of the B Co., Ltd. under financial pressure or urged the construction work, the Defendant drafted a false contract as if the B Co., Ltd. ordered the construction work under the Ministry of National Defense, and conspiredd with D and D to escape the executives of the company from gathering a forged contract by presenting a falsified contract.
