All prosecutions against the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Defendant A, under the name of “C”, is a person who works in the Internet portal site “D” camera P with respect to pregnancy, childcare, and childbirth, and Defendant B is a person who operates the building business, and is engaged in activities in the F. F.C. under the name of “E” in relation to pregnancy, childcare, and childbirth.

한편, 피고인 B는 2011.경부터 2012. 2.경까지 ‘G’라는 상호로 서울 강남구 H에 있는 ‘I’의 실내건축공사를 실시하였다가 공사대금 관련한 분쟁으로 위 ‘I’의 운영자인 주식회사 J의 대표자였던 K을 상대로 현재까지 민사소송을 진행하여 오던 중, 위 K이 주식회사 J의 대표자에서 사임하고 위 법인 및 조리원의 상호가 각각 주식회사 L 및 ‘M’으로 변경되어 더 이상 K과 관계가 없게 되었음에도 2016. 2. 17.경 위 ‘M’ 앞에서 『I K 원장님은 제발 공사비 좀 주세요. I에서 M으로 이름은 왜 바꾸셨나요 공사비 안주려고 그러신가요 원장님이 공사비를 안줘서 많은 사람들이 고통스러워합니다! 제발 공사비 좀 주세요. 공사비도 안주는 조리원에 있는 신생아 앞날이 어떻겠습니까 개업한지 몇 년인데 설마 빼먹으려는 건 아니겠지요 K 원장님! 제발 공사비 좀 주세요!!!』하는 현수막으로 시위를 한 사실이 있다.

Criminal facts

1. On March 3, 2016, around 14:35, Defendant A had access to the above NAV “D” camera by a computer from the Handong-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and then had access to the said NAV on its bulletin board as “Gangnam Postnatal Postnatal Care Center well-known to do so, i.e., “Gangnam Postnatal Care Center well-known to do so,” and it seems that Defendant A has to know it well and Habaly have to see that there are many of the NAP Plama post care centers in front of giving birth.

In the front of the postnatal care center, those who conduct such demonstration are required to do so.

These people seem to have failed to meet the construction cost, and they are in a postnatal care center.
