A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

(e).

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of air defense, unlawful use, or Automobile Management Act;

A. From April 2017 to May 2017, the Defendant related to the vehicle number plate B attached B a B number plate, which was possessed by the Defendant in an irregular manner on the back of the low-priced vehicle operated by the Defendant, at the lower end of the vehicle in Gwangju (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul”).

Accordingly, the defendant used the marks of public offices for the purpose of exercising them unlawfully, and used the registration number plate unlawfully.

B. On May 2017, the Defendant asserted that the Defendant purchased the above registration number plate in KRW 100,000 via the Internet in a consistent manner from the lower court to the investigation agency to the instant court, where the Defendant had been in the front of the vehicle volume of the Defendant’s vehicle at the lower court of Gwangju (Seoul).

D Number plates in possession were attached to them.

Accordingly, the defendant used the marks of public offices for the purpose of exercising them unlawfully, and used the registration number plate unlawfully.

2. Unlawful events for the protection of air;

A. On May 26, 2017, the Defendant, at around 13:20 on May 26, 2017, exercised the public office marks of public offices, which used unlawfully by operating the above vehicle registration number plate B, as set forth in paragraph 1(a), from the factory sites located in Seo-gu, Gwangju.

B. Around 09:41 on May 29, 2017, the Defendant used the marks of public offices, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, which illegally used two times from around that time to August 21, 2017, including: (a) attaching D registration number plates, as shown in paragraph 1-b, from the F1 Line (GGTA) to operate the said low-priced car quantity; and (b) using the marks of public offices, which were unlawfully used twice twice from that time.

3. Any person who has taken over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the competent authority within fifteen days from the date of purchase;

Nevertheless, the defendant around September 29, 2016 to H in a Buddhist land of the Gwangju Mine-gu.
