A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 19, 2019, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the illegal use of air defense and the Automobile Management Act attached “D, a two-wheeled automobile registration number plate, a two-wheeled automobile, existing in CB115, a newly purchased 104cc two-wheeled automobile, in front of the Dongdaemun-gu Branch of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Accordingly, the defendant used the mark of public office for the purpose of exercising, and used the registration number plate unlawfully.

2. On March 19, 2019 and May 14, 2019, the Defendant operated CB15, the two-wheeled automobile, the registration number plate of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, with the same registration number plate attached.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the marks of public offices that were unlawfully used.
