A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for fraud in the Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Busan District Court's subsidiary branch, and completed the enforcement of the sentence in the Incheon Detention House on August 13, 2011.

On March 2013, the Defendant was subject to attachment of C-owned D's front registration number plate of a car operated by the Defendant due to the failure to pay taxes. The Defendant stolen another vehicle registration number plate and sentenced it to the said vehicle.

1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act and thief shall arbitrarily detached an automobile registration number plate;

Nevertheless, on March 24, 2013, around 15:00, the Defendant removed the front number plate of the FSM(SM) 520 car owned by the victim E, which was parked at the front of the 614-12-dong, Orcheon-gu, Sincheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 15:00.

Accordingly, the Defendant arbitrarily removed the registration number plate, and stolen it.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act and illegally uses air defense shall use an automobile registration number plate unlawfully;

Nevertheless, around March 24, 2013, the defendant attached a stolen-friendly F registration number plate to the front of the DNA-friendly car that was parked at the 178-3 front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seo-gu, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the registration number plate unlawfully and used the marks of public offices for the purpose of exercising the registration number plate unlawfully.

3. The Defendant: (a) attached the F registration number plate in front of the said franchise, as set forth in paragraph (2); and (b) operated the said car at the Seoul and Gyeonggi-do branch during the period from September 1, 2013 to September 1, 2013 at a rate of approximately 60km per week.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the marks of public offices that were unlawfully used.
