A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (at night) at the Seoul Northern District Court on July 17, 2010. On August 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of confinement, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 26, 2016.

In collusion with C (guilty on August 17, 2013), the Defendant purchased an automobile with a loan from the Solomon Savings Bank Co., Ltd. and offered money for sale in collusion, by submitting a false certificate of employment and a false transcript of resident registration with the Defendant’s living together with a person living together at C’s domicile, even though there is no intention or ability to make a change.

1. A private person, in collusion with C on November 11, 201, the Defendant, in collusion with C, was in the vicinity of the Fdong Office located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and was in collusion with C, a private person’s name-non-manufacturer, without authority, made the private person produce one of the D’s personal seal and forged for the purpose of uttering.

2. Around November 11, 201, the Defendant, in collusion with C, drafted a false D’s transfer report at the above F’s Dong office, and exercised the above-mentioned D’s seal by affixing it to D’s name.

3. On November 11, 201, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the above Fdong Office, made a move-in report as if he were a person living together with C, even though he did not have transferred D’s resident registration certificate to C, and C did not have transferred C’s resident registration certificate under the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Building 401, a domicile of C.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C or a person with no name, filed a false report on the resident registration.
