Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】
1. On September 30, 1992, Defendant A received a summary order of KRW 500,000 as a fine for gambling at the Daegu District Court’s Ansan Branch, ② on October 1, 1996, a summary order of KRW 500,000 as a fine for gambling, and ③ on September 21, 2001, the Daegu District Court was sentenced to a fine of KRW 10,000 as a crime of opening gambling, ④ on April 19, 2004, as a crime of opening gambling and opening gambling in the Daegu District Court’s Ansan Branch, the punishment of imprisonment for 10 months, ⑤ on September 4, 2007, from the Daegu District Court’s Ansan Branch Branch, to the crime of opening gambling and opening gambling.

6. Defendant G was sentenced to a fine of one million won for the crime of habitual gambling at the Daegu District Court on May 30, 2002, and three persons with three Gambling curricula, including (1) imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of gambling opening in the Daegu District Court’s Seo branch on June 10, 201, and (2) imprisonment with prison labor for eight months for the crime of gambling opening in the Daegu District Court.
7. On May 28, 2010, Defendant H was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in six months of imprisonment for the commission of gambling opening at the Daegu District Court on May 28, 2010, and was sentenced to two occasions of gambling.
