A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 2 shall be confiscated.

30,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On August 2014, the Defendant received psychotropic drugs 0.35 g from E, a psychotropic drugs, on the front of the “D Sick” located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-si, Cheongju, and delivered KRW 300,000 in cash to E under the pretext of the price.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs.

2. The defendant;

(a)on August 21, 2014, at the defendant's house located in Sejong Special Self-Governing City on or around 21:00, issue G with the penphone 0.05g purchased and possessed as described in paragraph 1, to G;

B. On September 12, 2014, around 22:00, Cheongju-si: (a) from 602 to 1, as described in paragraph (1), the philophone 0.05g, purchased and possessed by Cheongwon-gu, Seowon-si C.

Accordingly, the Defendant received psychotropic drugs two times.

3. The defendant;

(a)on August 21, 2014, administering in the manner of injecting 0.05 g of dilution with water at the home of the above defendant at around 21:00 by means of injecting 0.05 g of dilution into his arms and blood;

B. On September 21, 2014, around 21:00, in the manner of injecting the dilution 0.04g of the dilution 0.04g with water into his/her arms and injecting it with water;

C. At around 10:00 on September 13, 2014, the H telephone 0.03gh with water was administered in a way of injecting the dilution 0.03g with water into his/her arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs three times.

4. On September 13, 2014, at around 20:20, the Defendant sealed the instant “H telephone” in 501 to a white paper, and carried it in the Defendant’s wall tag.

Accordingly, the Defendant possessed psychotropic drugs.
