Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Defendant

A is the representative of "D (State)" located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan, who has been engaged in transportation services such as charter bus lending, and Defendant B is the person who has been in charge of bus operation contracts and administrative affairs as a director of the company.
