A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person in charge of C’s work as “new Busan Metropolitan City Tourism (State)” located in Busan-dong, Busan-dong 257-37.

The Defendant, while leasing buses for field experience studies, etc. at schools at Busan level, ordinarily, demanded that vehicles be transported within five years from the date of delivery in order to ensure the safety of students in the case of a school that intends to rent chartered buses be used to ensure the safety of students, but when vehicles meeting the above conditions are insufficient at the time of dispatch, the Defendant was willing to submit to the school by altering the “the date of initial registration” and “fluence” parts of the registration certificate, which are required documents, as if they are vehicles within five years after delivery.

1. Around April 19, 2012, the Defendant prepared documents related to the lease of buses to be provided to the Busan Maritime Elementary School for the purpose of uttering at the office of the above company, and revised the first registration date and the annual formula of the registration certificate in the same four same manner as the attached Form No. 1 of the attached Form No. 2008, which was reproduced from the “2006” portion of the “2006” and the “2006” portion of the “206” portion of the “2006” column of the “206” of the “206, a leased vehicle’s registration certificate,” and revised the first registration date into “09, 2008” and “208,” and then revised the first registration date and the annual formula of the vehicle registration certificate in the same way as the attached Form No. 2000 to May 7, 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant altered the registration certificate in the name of the Busan Metropolitan City Motor Vehicle Registration Office, which is an official document, for the purpose of exercising.

2. On April 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) submitted and used a motor vehicle registration certificate altered as stated in paragraph (1) to the staff of the Busan Dental Elementary School; and (b) exercised the official document altered on four occasions from around that time to May 7, 2012, as shown in the annexed list of crimes.
