1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 54,358,680 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 31, 2017 to the date of full payment.

As between October 21, 2016 and August 24, 2017, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with electronic components equivalent to KRW 99,535,480 and did not receive KRW 54,358,680 out of the price of the goods, there is no dispute between the parties. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 31, 2017 (the day following the day on which the Plaintiff’s complaint was served to the Defendant after repayment, and the day on which the complaint of this case was served to the Defendant) to the day of full payment to the day of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
