1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 64,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 21, 2018 to the day of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as to Gap evidence 2 and 3, the fact that the price for the goods that the plaintiff had not received from the defendant from around 2016 to June 30, 2018 reaches 64 million won (23,808,234 won has been paid until August 31, 2018, and 39,416,258 won has been additionally paid) can be acknowledged.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 64 million won the outstanding amount of goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 21, 2018 to the day of full payment after the delivery of the original copy of the payment order, as requested by the plaintiff.
