1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,747,872 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 3, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

According to the overall purport of evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the Plaintiff is a company engaging in the business of manufacturing electronic parts, etc., and the Defendant is recognized as having supplied various electronic parts to the Defendant from December 9, 2013 to November 27, 2014, and having not received KRW 31,119,882 out of the price of the goods. The Plaintiff supplied various electronic parts to the Defendant from December 26, 2016 to July 19, 2017, and had not received KRW 627,990 out of the price of the goods.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 31,747,872 (=31,119,882 Won 627,90) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from August 3, 2018 to the date of full payment after the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case.

The defendant has a defense to the effect that there was a defect in the goods delivered by the plaintiff to the defendant, but there is no evidence to acknowledge it, so the defendant's defense is without merit.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
