A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

While operating a commercial sex business establishment in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with the trade name "C", the Defendant was willing to arrange commercial sex acts by having male descendants and female employees engage in sexual intercourse with the amount of KRW 35,000 per week, KRW 15,000 per week, KRW 20,000 per week, and KRW 40,000 per night when receiving commercial sex acts, and KRW 20,000 per week, and KRW 20,000 per week, and KRW 20,000 for night. The Defendant was willing to arrange commercial sex acts by reporting the Internet "D" site, etc. by telephone, etc., and by allowing male descendants and female employees to engage in sexual intercourse.
