A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 10, 2014, around 23:30, the Defendant, while drunkly drinking in the house room of a person related to de facto marriage (50 years old) who was in a de facto marital relationship D on July 10, 2014, was living together with the victim in a kitchen (18cm on the knife, 12cm on the knife, knife, knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife).

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and inflicted an injury on the victim for treatment days.

2. Damage to property;

A. On March 18, 2015, at around 23:40 on March 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the victim’s house by destroying the Defendant’s mobile phone; (b) cutting off the mobile phone amounting to KRW 749,210, the market price of the victim’s possession; (c) 15 booms in the market price, which is the victim’s ownership in the above house; and (d) destroying down the booms, stens, salted stens, and cups.

(d)

On March 31, 2015, at around 22:40 on March 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the house of the above victim to dispute with the Defendant; (b) opened the door to the locker, and dives the door to the inner floor, and damaged it by 2-3 times.

3. Around February 6, 2015, the Defendant, at around 23:30 on February 6, 2015, threatened the victim by having the kitchen knife, which is a dangerous thing in the said victim’s house room, with the victim’s house, and putting the victim into the same manner as the victim, and by threatening the victim as “bruishing down.”
