A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2015, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Chuncheon District Court's territorial branch on July 8, 2015, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on the 16th of the same month.

4.
