A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:00 on January 18, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective assault, deadly weapons, etc.) committed assault with the victim, who was in de facto marital relationship with the Defendant, at the house of the victim C (here, 41 years old) located in Yong-gun, Yongnam-gun, with a knife (29cm in length) that was dangerous in the kitchen, while the victim, who was in a de facto marital relationship with the Defendant, was doubtful that he had another male, and had a knife (29cm in length) that was dangerous in the kitchen, and committed assault with the victim one time at the right-hand part of the victim by knife, etc

2. Damage to property;

A. On January 24, 2014, at around 17:00, the Defendant damaged the said victim C’s house by putting 60,000 won of the market price, which is the victim’s possession, over the floor.

B. At around 22:00 on January 28, 2014, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s car to cover KRW 140,000,00 for the repair cost, by destroying the victim’s car at a door (18cm x 14cm) glass window on the front and rear door of the driver’s seat of the G non-Stop car owned by the victim F (C) (hereinafter “C”).

3. From January 24, 2014 to around 18:03 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) dumped the victim H (n, 75 years of age) at the house of the above C located in Yong-gun-gun, Jeonnam-gun; (b) forced the victim to her resistance; and (c) her walked the victim’s boiler by walking the victim’s boiler, and (d) laid off the bum and the shot, and put the victim’s fingers into the part of the victim’s sound.

As a result, the defendant got the victim from unclaimed days of treatment so that the victim was suffering from unclaimed gambling and spambry.

4. Around 08:40 on February 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was waiting for the delivery with C at the Gamban-gun, Youngnam-gun; (b) on February 8, 2014, the Defendant discovered two (i) the Siamban Police Station investigation and two (ii) the Kamban Police Station guards under diving to arrest himself/herself under a warrant of arrest (LL number 2014-325).

Accordingly, the Defendant, while driving a J-wing vehicle, runs away at around 08:55 on the same day, front of the “L” in Yong-nam Cancer.
