1. Basic facts

A. Since its establishment on April 15, 2009, the defendant is a company that has concluded a service contract with the Korea Highway Corporation for the safety patrol of an expressway on a regular basis and carries out it as its main duties.

The Plaintiffs are workers employed as on-site safety patrol officers (elective patrol officers or assistant patrol officers) after concluding an employment contract with the Defendant and mainly assigned to the Korea Highway Corporation branch offices, C branch offices, D branch offices, E branch offices, and F branch offices.

B. According to the rules of employment and individual employment contracts by the defendant working hours and work types, the plaintiffs' standard working hours are 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week (5 days a week from a day to a day a week, 23:00 to a day a week, and Saturdays). C.
