Defendant
A (hereinafter referred to as “A”), Defendant B (hereinafter referred to as “B”) is not a person handling narcotics, respectively, as Japan.
Upon the direction of F, the Defendants: (a) carried the psychotropic drugs in Busan via the Incheon Airport of the Republic of Korea, and (b) conspired to carry the crophone into Japan using a vessel, the search of which is relatively weak; (c) carried the crophones (one crophone; hereinafter referred to as “crophones”); and (d) conspired to carry the crophones into Japan by using a vessel, the search of which is relatively weak.
around 16:00 on May 7, 2013, the Defendants entered Makao using air flights at the Japanese port, and Defendant A, at the same day, packages approximately 6.24 km-phones into approximately 14 cm in the unit of approximately 4-500 cm by using electronic strings, vinyls, bags, etc., which had been brought by uninfluor in his guest room at the Makao G hotel's own room. The Defendants purchased a meltk-phone in the Mcar city and returned to the hotel from around 8th of the same month following the day to the hotel, and then Defendant A concealed a small volume of fluorphones purchased at his own room as above, and then concealed the flus in the flus case with Defendant B's room, and then concealed it into the flusium.
On May 9, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendants boarded at the Makao Airport to NX826 on the same day and entered the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport at around 07:00 on the same day, and around 07:54 on the same day, the Defendants: (a) transported approximately 6.24 km-phones by means of passing through the Customs Inspection Station for the Entry of Incheon International Airport.
Accordingly, the Defendants, in collusion with F, imported approximately 6.24 km from Macaro to Korea.
