Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Cunst sports cargo vehicles.

On January 21, 2016, the Defendant driven the above cargo while under the influence of alcohol on January 14:55, 2016, and led to the driving of the above cargo along the two-lanes in front of the old rock distance in the Cheongan-gun, Cheongan-gun, the Cheongan-gun, the Cheong-gun, the Cheong-do, the Cheong-do, the Cheong-do, the Cheong-do,

On April 3, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for four months for a period of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic laws.

On January 21, 2016, the Defendant driven a Crocketing sports cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 3km from about 0.071% of blood alcohol without a driver’s license to around 0.071% of the old day in front of G’s house located in the Southern-gun F of the Republic of Korea to the front road of the same Eup/Myeon located in the same Eup/Myeon.
