1. Defendant C, D, and F are as from September 17, 2012 each of their respective 8,05,000 won to Plaintiff A, and as from September 17, 2012 to Plaintiff B, respectively.

1. Common factual relations;

A. (1) Defendant E owns a G-ground building (hereinafter “instant building”) in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, G-si, 57.85 square meters of a single house of 57.85 square meters and a 40.98 square meters of a store with an extension of 40.98 square meters; hereinafter “instant building”). The instant building is constructed around 1978 and the housing part (hereinafter “instant housing”) and the store part (hereinafter “instant store”) are attached to one wall.

(2) around July 2010, Plaintiff A leased the instant house from Defendant E and resided together with his family. Defendant C et al. leased the instant store and operated a restaurant jointly with the name of “H” around July 2012.

(3) Meanwhile, Plaintiff B is the owner of the third floor building immediately adjacent to the instant building, and operates a singing practice room on the second floor of that building.

B. (1) On September 17, 2012, at around 07:57, a fire occurred within the instant store, and most of the interior and roof of the instant store were destroyed. The household, clothing, wire and electronic equipment, such as strawls, etc. inside the instant house, and wire and other electronic equipment, funeral equipments, and bedclothes, etc. inside the instant house were unable to be destroyed or used by fire. The Plaintiff B left away from fire, or sprinked, and sprinking was sprinked, and the signboard was sprinked.

(2) The Jeju Western Police Station, which investigated the cause of the instant fire, determined that the first fire occurred near the center of the instant store, and requested the National Scientific Investigation Institute to give an appraisal of the distance contact with the light equipment that had been around the said station by sending it to the National Scientific Investigation Institute. The National Scientific Investigation Institute did not have any particular characteristics other than the melting rupture with the rupture at the end of the electric power supply line, and the electric characteristics of the electric power supply code are in the middle of the multi-modal network.
