A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and two months and a short term of one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 13, 2013, from around 11:00 to 16:30, the Defendant: (a) reported the network to C, and the Defendant: (b) opened the said window and opened it to the place where the victim’s house windows are located; (c) opened the said window and intruded the victim’s house.

The defendant continued to have a half of 2.5 million won of the market price owned by the victim and a half of 1.25 million won of the gold market price.

As such, the Defendant conspiredd with C to intrude into the residence of the victim, and stolen the property owned by the victim jointly with C.

2. On March 14, 2013, from around 08:00 to around 19:00, the Defendant, along with C, reported the network by C to the point of view of the victim R in Q Q in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the Defendant: (a) opened the said window and opened it to the place where the victim’s house windows were located; and (b) opened the said window and intruded on the victim’s house.

The defendant continued to steals objects owned by the victim, but did not discover stolen objects and went out of the victim.

As can be seen, the Defendant conspired with C to intrude into the residence of the victim, and attempted to steal the property owned by the victim in collaboration with C, but failed to bring about such intent.

3. At around 13:10 on March 25, 2013, the Defendant and C entered the victim S’s house in Q Q in Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, and then intruded into the victim’s house through the window on the second floor of the above house opened.

The defendant and C continued to hold 100,000 won, US$ 100,000, cash 50, and 10,000 won.

As such, the Defendant conspiredd with C to intrude into the residence of the victim, and stolen the property owned by the victim jointly with C.
