Articles 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of the judgment of the defendant shall be sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for special larceny at the Seoul Eastern District Court (Seoul Eastern District Court). The same year.

2. Around 16:00 on July 26, 2012, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. (joint residence intrusion) with H, I, J, and K, as well as H, I, J, and K, and at N’s house managed by the victim M (the 64 years of age and female) located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L (the 64 years of age and female). The Defendant intruded the right door of the front door and opened the door door, and H et al. intruded the door through the front door.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim in collaboration with H, I, J, and K.

3. The Defendant of special larceny with H and I, in accordance with H’s proposal, sold TV in N’s house as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (2) and offered money, at the same place on July 27, 2012, around 14:00, at the same time and around July 27, 2012, held one of the Defendant’s Samsung CD TVs owned by the Victim N.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with H and I.
