Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 16, 2012, the Defendant, at the main point of “C” located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on March 16, 2012, 200, stolen and stolen cash 40,000 won and one debit card owned by the victim from the bank that the victim left to the toilet by the victim while drinking the victim D (29 years of age) and alcohol.
