C On December 18, 2015, the Busan District Court sentenced one year to imprisonment for fraud, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Detention House around August 31, 2016.
1. On November 2016, 2016, the Defendants acquired cream cards, etc. in another’s name through the Z of Defendant C’s friendship, purchased an Internet ID and mobile phone under the name of another person via the Internet. Using this, the Defendants posted a false letter on the Internet website of the Republic of Korea, NAVand used it, without intention or ability to sell goods, and offered money from the victims to receive money as the price for goods.
Accordingly, at around December 9, 2016, the Defendants posted a notice on the Internet ID in the name of a third party purchased on the said website using a computer, and then received KRW 84,90,000 from the victims in total over 190 as indicated in the list of crimes attached from around December 8, 2016 to February 8, 2017, and each of them received KRW 550,000,000 from the victims in the above-mentioned transaction to the victim AA, who contacted with the phone number purchased as above, first of all, the above goods were sent. The Defendants received KRW 550,00 from the above victims as the price for the goods on the same day, and received KRW 84,90,00 from the victims each by the same method as indicated in the list of crimes attached from around December 8, 2016 to February 8, 2017.
2. On November 2016, Defendants in violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act conspired to acquire a large account to be used for committing the commission of selling online goods, as described in paragraph (1) of the same Article. ① around November 2016, in the vicinity of a bus terminal located in the city of death and injury in Busan, the passbook, physical card, and password from the Z to the Z, and ② around December 5, 2016, in the vicinity of the ideology and accident in Busan, the passbook, physical card, and password of the Z from the Z.
