Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

2. Defendant A and the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that gift certificates are sold on the Internet’s medium and high goods trading site in order to raise a living cost on January 2016, and sells gift certificates from persons who reported and contacted therewith.
