A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:25 on October 13, 2018, the Defendant insultd the victim E, a police box affiliated with the Dong-dong Police Station D police box at the scene after receiving a report of 112 from a taxi engineer, who was sent to the scene, in front of the C Hospital located in Mangdong-dong-gu, Yongsan-si, Yongsan-si, Yongsan-si, on the following grounds: (a) on October 13, 2018; and (b) on the part of the victim E, a police box at the Dong-dong Police Station D that sent to the scene after receiving a report of 112 by the taxi engineer, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by “sprinkling, sprinking, and sprinking, regardless of why he will do so; and (c) on the part of the victim who asked him to pay the taxi fee.”

2. The Defendant, at the above date, at the above time and place of the obstruction of performance of official duties, took a bath to the above E with the above circumstances, and threatened the E by using a spawn drinking, and assaulted E, who is a police official, with the left shoulder and the breast part of the E, sealed the spawn and spab, and obstructed the legitimate execution of duties regarding the handling of the 112 reported case by that person.
