Punishment of the crime

1. On October 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door to the victim’s residence (hereinafter “victim’s residence”); (b) was rejected; (c) was released from the key repair machine; and (d) went into the victim’s residence after having opened the door to the victim’s residence (hereinafter “the victim’s residence”); and (d) was invaded upon the victim’s residence by releasing the key repair lock device.
