A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 25, 2015, the Defendant attempted to damage documents for public use, while boarding a cargo vehicle driven in a state of drinking by a person related to his/her transaction partner B, the Defendant attempted to damage documents used by public offices by gaining blood collection consent from the police officers when he/she stated B’s personal information in B in the written consent of blood collection at the time he/she wanted to collect blood from his/her client and stated his/her assistant C, etc. on the nearby road in the Geum-dong, Geum-gu, Busan, Busan, the Busan, the Busan, the Police Station, and an affiliated slope C, etc.

2. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties by assaulting a police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning traffic regulation, on the ground that the said slope C et al. was under drinking control against B at the same time and at a place as Paragraph (1).
