A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 27, 2020, from around 14:02 to 15:22 of the same day, the Defendant reported to the effect that wastes are buried in the above construction site at the entrance of the construction site managed by the Defendant in Northern-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, and the Defendant reported to the effect that C was buried in the above construction site for viewing, and that C and viewing employees, while driving a D-Wz car and parked in the above construction site to check the above construction site, the Defendant was unable to know the name, by ordering an employee who is unable to know, to stop the entrance of the above construction site through the above employees to prevent the passage of the above C and viewing employees by blocking the entrance of the construction site through the E-5 car.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the traffic of land routes used by the public.
