Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Criminal Procedure Act partially revised the facts charged to the extent that it does not disadvantage the defendant's exercise of his/her right of defense.
1. Defendant A’s obstruction of performance of official duties is the chief director of the social welfare foundation B, C is the chief director of D’s office, E, F, and G, who are the intellectual disability rehabilitation facilities under the above foundation, and H are the employees of the above D, and H are the drivers of the above D.

Defendant A is the chief director of the defendant social welfare foundation B, and the defendant social welfare foundation B is a corporation established for the purpose of establishing and operating a residential facility for persons with intellectual disabilities, and the victims live in D, which is the intellectual disability rehabilitation facility under the above foundation.
