The defendant shall receive KRW 570,000 from the plaintiff, and at the same time, the attached Form 4 among the 1st floor of the building listed in the attached Table 3.

In full view of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the facts identical to the grounds of claim No. 1 and the entry of the changed grounds of claim No. 2 may be recognized.

According to these facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 570,00 as a result of the termination of the lease contract, and the amount of KRW 570,00 from the plaintiff's payment of KRW 570,00, the amount of KRW 30,000,00 per attached Form 4 among the 1st floor of the building listed in attached Table 3 attached hereto to the plaintiff. The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 270,000 per month from May 23, 2020 to the completion date of delivery of KRW 30,000 per annum of the building listed in attached Table 3.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
