1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B shall indicate the attached Form 2 drawings on the 2nd floor of the real estate indicated in the attached Table 1 list (1), (2), (3), and (4).

A. On February 17, 2015, the Plaintiff Cooperative was authorized by the head of Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City and publicly announced the management and disposal plan on the same day as the Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association established under the Act on the Improvement of Urban and Residential Environments.

B. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 4 is located within the business area of the Plaintiff’s association. Defendant B occupies, as each lessee, the part of the attached sheet Nos. 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 36.4 square meters among the 65.94 square meters of real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, 3, 4 and 9.72 square meters of real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 4, and the part No. 29.7 square meters of real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 29.77 square meters among the 65.94 square meters of real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, and the part No. 9.1, 5, 6, 7, and 29.7 square meters of real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants are obligated to deliver each of the above real estate possessed by themselves to the Plaintiff pursuant to Article 49(6) of the Act on the Maintenance of Urban and Residential Environments.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants of this case against the defendants is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
