1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The parties concerned are juristic persons operating the Jeonju Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), and Plaintiff B is a mother who delivered Plaintiff A only by nature at the Defendant Hospital, and Plaintiff C is the husband of Plaintiff B, and Plaintiff D and E are children of Plaintiff B.
B. Plaintiff B’s internal source and Defendant Hospital’s medical treatment 1) argued that a large quantity of quality was inflicted on the day immediately before December 19, 2010, which was the fourth day of pregnancy 21 week, and was hospitalized on the same day after being diagnosed by the complete crypology team. (2) From December 19, 2010 during the period of Plaintiff B’s hospitalization to January 10, 201, Plaintiff B administered drugs and antibiotic drugs to restrain the Plaintiff’s self-crypism, and continued to observe Plaintiff B’s progress even after the Plaintiff’s condition became good, such as early decline and the stability of pain.
However, as Plaintiff B complained of 30 seconds in early January 11, 201 at about 30 minutes, and the Plaintiff B continued to have a small dose, the Defendant Hospital administered the black part, which is an eroculative agent, to Plaintiff B around 16:20 on the same day. However, the Defendant Hospital, at around 21:12 on the same day, once there occurs an advanced part at the intervals of 3:5 minutes again at around 22:45 on January 11, 201 and around 00:30 on January 12, 201, and around 9:50 on the same day, and thereafter, Plaintiff B moved to the ordinary part.
