1. Basic facts

A. Relevant Defendants C and D are those who jointly operate G Hospital located in the north-gu, Ma (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), and Defendant E is the doctors belonging to the Defendant Hospital in charge of Plaintiff B’s portion.

Plaintiff

B The mother was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital on March 10, 2012 and gave birth to the deceased on the following day, and the plaintiff A is the husband of the plaintiff B and the father of the deceased.

B. (i) Plaintiff B was hospitalized in Defendant Hospital on March 10, 2012, which was the fifth day of pregnancy 40 weeks, at the early 16:00 on March 10, 2012, and was hospitalized at Defendant Hospital around 17:00 on the same day.
