1. The Defendant: 48,941,463 won to the Plaintiff A; 20,279,103 won to the Plaintiff B; and 10,000,000 won to the Plaintiff C, respectively.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties (1) The Defendant is a person operating the Healthy University Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Hospital”).
(2) As the father of Plaintiff A, Plaintiff C was the mother of Plaintiff A, and Plaintiff C gave birth to Plaintiff A from the father and father of the D Defendant Hospital.
B.
