Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] Defendant A stated in the indictment of the Chuncheon District Court on March 9, 2012 as the "Yancheon District Court Support" but according to evidence, Defendant A appears to be a clerical error in the Chuncheon District Court.

On November 29, 2012, a fine of KRW 500,000 has been imposed on the same crime in the Daejeon District Court's Incheon Branch of the Daejeon District Court on November 29, 2012, and on April 9, 2013, the same court has been sentenced to the suspension of sentence for a special attempt of larceny (for a suspended sentence: six months of imprisonment), respectively. On August 21, 2014, the Suwon District Court was sentenced to a fine of KRW 10 months in imprisonment with prison labor for a habitual larceny from a housing site located in Sejong District Court on August 21, 2014; 4 months in imprisonment with prison labor for a habitual larceny; on June 3, 2015; and on June 9, 2016, the execution of the sentence has been completed at the prison on May 15, 2017, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 30,000,000.

[Criminal facts]

1. Defendant A

A. On March 30, 2018, the Defendant cut off on the side of the national unification building in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, 21 (Newly established hereinafter the same), around 02:50 on March 30, 2018, using a racker who previously possessed a lock equivalent to KRW 800,000,00 in the victim E market price, and cut off the bicycle.

B. On March 31, 2018, the Defendant cut the Defendant using a strawer, which was in possession of a lock amounting to KRW 850,00,00,000, in advance, from around 02:0 to around 03:00, to around 03:00, in front of the air container rooms adjacent to the building stated in the above A. Before the victim F’s market price, the Defendant cut the Defendant out using a strawer that was in possession of a lock amounting to KRW 850,00,000, and cut off the bicycle.

On April 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at H hotel bicycle storage facility in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around 02:20 on April 16, 2018; (b) at the H hotel bicycle storage facility in Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul; (c) at the victim I market price, 200,000 panty panty, the victim I owned, and turned off the number locks that were integrated into one electrical bicycle; and (d) destroyed the bicycle.

Accordingly, the defendant is habitually.
