A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 3, 2015, the Defendant was able to steal high-priced bicycles stored in apartment bicycle storage rooms, and around May 3, 2015, the Defendant purchased a cutting machine (36 cm in total length) to be used in cutting the bicycle lock device at the iron shop located in the Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and entered them in the test color room, and entered them in the test color room, and committed the following crimes.
